TEAM Nepal's vision is to be a credible and socio-environmentally responsible professional consultancy cum development service organisation with a mission to provide to clients and collaborators value for money and partnership.

TEAM Nepal believes in a mode of consultancy services based on a close client-consultants relationship and the client's demand for and consultant's delivery of quality services as per service agreement entered into.

It is the professional policy of TEAM Nepal to apply professional knowledge, skill and care toward completing each client's assignment with full sense of professional responsibility for the quality of works undertaken.

TEAM Nepal is committed to the Code of Ethics of the Nepal Engineers Association (NEA) and the Society of Consulting Architectural & Engineering Firms (SCAEF). It is a policy of TEAM Nepal to ensure pleasant and co-operative dealings with its clients and other interested parties, based on faith, trust, integrity, dignity and mutual respect.

As a consulting firm, TEAM Nepal upholds independence as basic principle of professional practice. In interpreting contract document, the guiding principle for TEAM Nepal is that both parties to the contract discharge their respective duties and enjoy their respective rights as set down in the contract documents.
